softRealty.com is “Hatching” a New Brand

You heard it right. We are officially changing our brand (name, logo, tag lines, etc.).

Why we are making the change:

  1. We have outgrown our current brand
  2. We are going to be adding new offerings (like Agent Websites) and our messaging needs to be redefined
  3. Sometimes people confuse softRealty as being a real estate brokerage (we have a list of leads if anyone is interested,  j/k)

_____________________________

When we are making the change:

We will officially “hatch” the new brand on April 1st (No, its not an April Fools Prank) but we will be displaying our new brand at REtech South – March 25th-26th at the Gwinnett Center in Atlanta, Ga. If you are interested in attending this tremendous technology conference, we will be there as a sponsor as well as speaking on the following topics:

Understanding IDX: What, Why, Where, How

and

It’s Not Who They Are, It’s What They Do

How it will affect our current users:

Setup Resize Functionality for Property Search iFrame

Our Property Search plugin is embedded in agent websites using IFRAMES. We’ve addressed a common problem with IFRAMES so the IFRAME height will automatically adjust to match the height of the inner property search page. This solution may not work for all web hosting solutions.

softRealty.com presents Inman Connect NYC 2010 – “Outside the Sessions”

Inman Connect NYC 2010 Recap

Inman Connect was held in the great state of New York this year. The conference started on Wednesday morning and wrapped up on Friday around noon. The conference consisted of Workshops, Keynotes, Panels, Sponsored Intensives, Innovation Tracks and much more.

We had the great honor of featuring our CEO, David Carroll, as a speaker on the topic of “How to Make Leads and Influence People”. David did a phenomenal job alongside Mitch Ribak  and Paul Zweben (both prominent brokers with different approaches to Capturing Leads). We were also presenting in Startup Alley as one of the 14 exhibitors to showcase their new technology.

“Outside the Sessions”

As we grow as a company and create relationships with an array of agents, brokers and technology companies, we have a lot of interesting conversations “Outside the Sessions”.  The following list showcases the people we talked to at Inman Connect NYC 2010 and explains a little about why we like these folks.

Inman Takeaways
