Enhancements Coming to Search Connect

We appreciate all the feedback we get from our users. It is thanks to this feedback that Search Connect is the best IDX Search Engine and Lead Capture System available to Real Estate Agents. We like to think we are pretty darn good at creating technology, but it is our grass-roots support system of end users that define our future enhancements because they are the ones ultimately using the application. In line with this belief in continuing improvement, this weekend softRealty will be conducting another release of Search Connect.

There are some great new features in this release. Since we have been expanding rapidly into so many new MLS markets, we have made the examples on the Search Start page dynamic so they will match the MLS the Agent is a member of. We have strengthened our Search by Address functionality so now partial street address will be recognized and produce accurate results. Task List functionality is being added to the CRM with day, week and month views. Home Search Clients will now be able to save their search criteria in addition to individual homes they have saved. Your website users will now be notified by automated email alerts that a new home meeting their criteria has been added or when one they had saved is taken off the market. The email is branded for the agent and the links in the email take the home searcher back to the Agent’s site.

There are many more enhancements in this release that improve the already quick search response time on the site and make room for the next round of features that will be coming soon. Thanks again to all of you that have provided the feedback for these features. Keep the comments coming and we will continue to build your product to meet your needs.
